HOW TO USE: Lift the lid at top end. -Screw up pencil. -Carefully line lips with the three-millimeter pencil. -Purse lips together to blend and shade line. -Use two liner colors to create a shade combo. -Unscrew bottom end. -Carefully dab silicone applicator on top of liner to set in place.
